About Theresa!

Theresa (Faught) Wolf is a UX research lead with over five years of experience at IBM, where she has driven research strategy for AI and data products. She holds a Master of Science in Human Factors and Ergonomics from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico. Her early research career included an internship at NASA Ames Research Center, where she contributed to human systems integration work. Outside of the office, she enjoys going on outdoor adventures with her dog, Charlie.
